BOUTIQUE MARKETING PRESENTS WORLD'S FIRST LUXURY LGBT LIFESTYLE INSIGHTS AT GNETWORK360 BUENOS AIRES

Boutique Marketing - The Gay Marketing and Media Agency were pleased to present travel excerpts from the results of the world's first LGBT luxury lifestyle survey at the 4th Annual GNetworks360 conference in Buenos Aires. The survey, conducted by Boutique Marketing in association with global luxury gay men's journal, Out There magazine showed global trends in gay and lesbian luxury travel and how it differs from mainstream gay travel - with the hope to answer the million dollar question of how to reach affluent gay consumers with a passion for travel.


"We're thrilled about the insight that we can get from the results of this comprehensive survey of over 10,000 affluent LGBTs with an annual household income in access of $120k. The results are exciting and in some cases suprising and differs to what you would expect of the average gay traveller and will inform many marketing strategies for our luxury travel clients in the future. Moreover we're very excited about the insight we have from affluent gays and lesbians from the emerging markets of Latin America and Asia - both rapidly coming out and both with a high propensity to travel" - says Uwern Jong, Managing Director of Boutique Marketing.


The survey also showed Buenos Aires as the hottest LGBT travel destination for respondents from Europe and North America, with Bangkok coming in a close second. India was cited as the most exciting emerging luxury travel destination by respondents from Asia, Europe and North America. The survey also delivers interesting insight from the global luxury travel trade, who believes that on average 15% of their occupancy are gay and lesbian.
